Dr. Harshit has more than seven years of experience in designing solutions for environmental systems. He has worked on various projects in waste management and implemented numerous treatment solutions in wastewater management. His core research focus is on solid waste management and its possible impacts on human health. During his PhD, quantified the release of water & land pollutants from landfill sites, their fate and transport in the local environment, exposure to the human population, and quantified human health risks.

His post-PhD work experience primarily focused on wastewater treatment systems, specifically decentralized natural wastewater treatment. Currently, he is working on a project related to plastic waste global research and impact assessment of small and growing businesses.
