As Chief Environmental Engineer at RSPCB, he was the technical head of Rajasthan State Pollution Control Board and was engaged in implementation of various Acts and Rules related to Air & Water and various waste management rules framed under Environmental Protection Act, 1986. His core expertise and main thrust areas are air quality measurement and air pollution control, promotion of circular economy by promoting waste recycling and co-processing of waste in cement kilns, integrated environmental management in industries through Green Rated System and inventorization of various waste streams such as e-waste and plastic waste. He has extensively work with various industrial sectors such as textile, common effluent treatment plants, cement, tyre pyrolysis, mineral processing sectors, hazardous waste recycling industries etc. Besides national experience has gathered vast international experience through various technical visits and training courses in the countries including Germany, Sweden and Brazil.
